Weathers Permitting was a proposal for the 2010 MoMA/ P.S.1 by architect William O'Brien Jr. The installation was envisioned as a continuous yet varied landscape, that manifests as an elevated boardwalk that invites participants in the repetitive cycles of time and the environment.
